The task was to create a campaign for Experian’s new credit education product launch to increase brand relevance & positive brand perception amongst Gen Zs.
In conducting interviews with members of Gen Z, we realized that Gen Z and Experian have a major translation problem… They speak such different languages that they don’t even bother to listen to each other.
How do you capture the attention of a generation that has trained itself to tune you out?
