Ahead of their launch to the public, we partnered with Boost to help develop their positioning & voice, draft pre-launch website copy, and define platform-specific messaging guidelines to set them apart from other fintech apps & authentically speak to Gen Z.

The voice needed to feel approachable & familiar while also being mature & trustworthy. Gen Z doesn’t want to hear that their “expenses are legit no cap,” they want to understand what’s going on in as few words as possible.
